These fans are quiet. Includes all the hardware, 4 low noise cables, 4 power adapters. These are Thermaltake riing 12 120mm orange led case fans.

Used for about a week. Way quieter than the stock fans that came with my corsair hydro cooler. Fans are pretty much new.
