I have no way to actually confirm this but personally didn think the air flow was at that level and less than stated. I stocked this fan but only used of occasionally in PC systems built. This fan is very quiet however and this was the Use if I received requests for a PC system.
This was the fan I would often use when building a system. The bonus fan that is also included an unbranded generic expansion slot model PC-A01 box says PC-A1. This fan was also bench tested and is include as a Bonus. Shipping is to USA addresses only.
This is a new fan and extra inventory I had left over from previous PC case mod projects. This fan uses the typical 4-pin Molex power connector. This is a Whispersys System Cooling Fan model WS-8SLFS for PC case empty expansion slot. Because this fan is excess inventory I had in stock, bench tested and you can hear the running but level of noise was acceptable with systems previously built.
Some years ago when I would build PC systems and customize cases, had the need for different styles of cooling fans. There is no mention of how loud the fan. Packaging for both fans has some shelf wear.
